Easier and quicker to stop light pollution than "shit in the Thames". Between 2011 and 2021 the population of Hounslow increased by 13.5% and is predicted to keep on growing. Building new infrastructure at that rate and at the same time repairing existing sewers and treatment works is a Herculean task. |
