| I agree that is unacceptable, it is necessary to enter the station from the Grange Road/Wellesley Road entrance in order to obtain travel advice, purchase tickets and access the rail replacement bus service so the gate should not be locked just because there are no trains running. There is also the inconvenience to local residents who use the public route through the station ticket hall to access shops and bus stops on Chiswick High Road. |
