| Due to engineering works, Gunnersbury station is closed today, Sunday 14th April. However, there is a public footpath that runs through the station connecting the A315 Chiswick HighToad to Grange Road and Wellesley Road. The member of staff on duty has closed and padlocked the gate on the Grange Road side of the station, blocking access to the public footpath and refuses to open it. This has happened before and TfL have acknowledged that it is an error. Please join me in complaining to TfL that they cannot prevent access to the footpath during daylight hours, even if the station itself is closed. Telephone: 0343 222 1234 and choose option 5. |
