When fewer children die then families become smaller. Reducing Foreign Aid in the form of family planning has been detrimental to many women who would prefer to do a lot more than just be a constant baby making machine. You should read the work of Hans Rosling the physician, educator and statistician who with his wife worked in Africa. |
