If not already done, when an ailing or elderly person is still in a sound frame of mind, consideration ought to be given to their end of life welfare, and allocation of assets. As Bernard and Philippa have pointed out, a Lasting Power of Attorney is a sensible document to attain. It is worth pointing out however that a solicitor wouldn't give back much change from £900. |
