It is about GPs practices being bought up by a particular American company.  They then appear to be employing fewer and less qualified staff who are unsupervised eg Health Care Assistants (HCAs) instead of Registered Nurses (RNs) etc.  It can also be very difficult to get to see a qualified Doctor.  It is a undercover Panorama.  There were also masses of medical notes and letters to Doctors but those dealing with them did not have the mefival knowledge yo feal with them.  Please watch it.
