| I’ve always been bemused as to why surgeries don’t adopt what the Wellesley Road surgery does. From 9-1030 you can walk in and wait to be seen, it may take a while, you probably won’t get your regular doctor(but they’re all good, so not really a problem) if you are desperate to see a doctor that day you will be seen. Then at mid day, the phone line opens up for timed appointments the next morning. If your need isn’t pressing, you can book up to 4 weeks in advance depending on availability and your choice of doctor. It’s brilliant- all surgeries should adopt it. |
