| Skilled people can apply for a visa, as someone has said we struggle to look after everyone in this country so we can not have uncontrolled immigration. Why anyone in France, Germany etc, would want to take chance on a very dangerous channel crossing, pay 2K euros and be potentially threatened is just crazy. France and Germany are safe countries they can apply for a work visa if they are skilled, apply for asylum in these countries etc, there is no reason to risk their lives and pay money most can not afford. |
