There are organisations that can help. There are many who have not been to the supermarket for nearly a year. There are many who when they do go out wear masks even though it is a problem and not easy for them. I still feel that you are pushing hard your case for rights without thinking about responsibilities. It would be wonderful if you would advertise all the places available for those who have difficulties with online services and using cards instead of cash etc which means that they cannot go to the supermarket to find help. This country pulled out all the stops to allow the disabled to travel to the O2 for the Olympics but since then have greatly reduced their independence. Where were you when those who want someone else to be on a train as well as the driver so that they can use a ramp to get onto and off a train were campaigning? The spare room tax etc? |
