Just to add to my previous post, I compare this scenario to the recent TV news coverage about online trolling and Rachel Riley has been repeatedly interviewed about her experiences. And personally the more she talked, the more the shift of the interview seemed to shift away from the actual issue of trolling and became all about her, "I'm having a baby, my hormones are all over the place" and so forth, all of which was completely irrelevant to the subject matter and diluted its importance (he says as someone who's never sent a tweet in his life). |
