A social media advertising geek explained how you can do this to me recently. They can't set geographic parameters for programattic advertising because that would be clearly breaking the law but the keywords used would be deemed to be commercially sensitive so you could add the name of a target constituency that way.

I haven't seen any Get Ready for Brexit Ads online but if someone gives me the name of a marginal constituency that is likely to be a target I will mention it online and see if the ads start appearing.
