It was the only direct route to central London. My daughter used it every day to get to and from school and I used it every day to get to and from work. We now have to either pay more to stand on the tube + walk 10 mins or take two buses with often a long wait at Hammersmith station for an overcrowded bus. Bring back the 27!!!
