Going east from the last stop before the Goldhawk Road there has always been two stops within feet of one another. One for all buses except the 237 which has its own. I assume this is to avoid congestion with too many buses stopping together. After scrapping the 27 both stops were replaced with brand new shelters. Why? Couldn't the 237 stop where the 27 did and save the cost of replacing its dedicated one. Baffling. |
