| Jonathan you have made a very good point. You bought during a recession - which is when there is more supply than demand. If you prop up demand by subsidising the bottom end of the market we will never escape from rampant house price inflation. Nurses, firemen etc will never get a chance to enter the market without the charitable assistance of the taxpayer. |
