| If you have more detail as to what the permission is for then that would add to Adam's comments - we normally recommend that Building regulations has been applied for and generally try to ensure that a visit has been arranged and an inspection of the started portion of the 'works' carried out - why? because the Building Control Officer is generally regarded as believable and takes notes of their visits - either Local Authority or Independent. IMHO scaffolding would not be the answer. |
