"Presumably you were not in one of these spaces?" Why would you presume that when Hounslow say that "signs were displayed saying the bay was for people with a pay & display ticket". What they omitted to say was that the machines that day carried notices that said that there was no charge "all day" on 24 December. For some reason my response on Tuesday evening to a PM from the Potier household didn't get through, hence Dina's post here, but we are now in contact, and I've advised them to make a further challenge straight away. |
