Mark, I think just like a lot of pet owners, this was just too much after putting up with fireworks virtually every weekend this year.If you don't own pets, and have never seen the condition some cats and dogs get into over fireworks, you really have no idea how both animals and humans suffer.It's not just the animal.The owners NYE is also ruined.Although I was expecting fireworks, and tried to take measures to keep my dog calm, they failed and I was tearing my hair out by 02:30 this morning when some inconsiderate b*stard let off another barrage after all the firework noise had died down, terrifying the dog all over again.Those are the sort of people that p*ss off every pet owner.
