Nice idea Jacqueline but in such a small development a food outlet of any sort is going to negatively impact on the sale price of the units so is unlikely to happen. Ask yourself would you want to live right above a restaurant? Buyers will be thinking noise, smells, parking and so on. In large developments bars and restaurants can add value to the overall scheme. The new flats by the Fulham Reach are a good example. Fillers have opened a swish bar there which looks great. Worth a visit. |
