If you want to keep it as a community resource then the first thing you need to do is to outline how it is realistically going to be financially viable.Personally I think that's a very tough call. I don't see it as a profitable restaurant nor how it could be funded as a community resource, whatever that may be.

Let's be honest it is a hochpoch of a building and could be replaced with something of architectural merit.

In many previous posts I have bemoaned the building of yet more luxury apartments but if ever there was a case for building them then it is hard to argue against them in an area of existing luxury homes.

Let's be fair to the building's owners as well. Ask yourself honestly what you would do? I think there is only one answer.
