We've now gone from one to three WBs At the outset of the original experimental scheme Cllr Ellar said. There will be 20% of properties in LBH which will be unsuitable for WB use. LBH reneged on this undertaking. Contemporary recycling data shows no improvement despite the huge implementation costs. We now have a late LBH indication report see http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/copy_of_reg372_waste__recycling_v3.pdf Which indicates more change. Notice of such a change is required to be included in the 'forward plan' of LBH. Seems they forgot! John |
