Topic: WBs update. The indecision continues

We've now gone from one to three WBs

At the outset of the original experimental scheme Cllr Ellar said.
There will be 20% of properties in LBH which will be unsuitable for WB use.

LBH reneged on this undertaking.
Contemporary  recycling data shows no improvement despite the huge implementation costs.

We now have a late LBH indication report see
http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/copy_of_reg372_waste__recycling_v3.pdf
Which indicates more change.

Notice of such a change is required to be included in the  'forward plan' of LBH. Seems they forgot!

John
