the dreaded wheelie bin arrived this week but what about the disposal of the old bins. Mine will store smokeless coal but elderly neighbours and others have several bins each but how to dispose of them? Local waste centres are inundated and unhappy to take on more. We will help the elderlies who no longer drive or have cars but I do think Hounslow should have made arrangements to collect unwanted bins and been responsible for their safe and environmental disposal. |
