Four questions:
I wonder if the 'Constitutional Crisis', caused by the House of Lords doing its job, has now been resolved?

Now that the Office of Budget Responsibility has found £4 billion down the back of the sofa (according to the FT, they made an egregious error in overestimating VAT refunds to public bodies; as they were spending less they get lower refunds) shouldn't we take their forecasts less seriously?

Will we see an increase in the GLA Met Police precept?

Will Hounslow Council impose the Social Care precept at 2% extra on Council Tax for every year through to 2020?
