Steve Gallant in an earlier contribution about a 32-storey tower wrote

"I don't really have a problem with the block. We do need new homes building. But what leaps out from this is the lack of parking! How can a developer propose a building with 800 residents and businesses and only provide 110 parking spaces for the whole site ? Given that the residents will probably have 400 plus cars, where are they all meant to park?"

This is the reason we need controlled parking across the whole of Chiswick. The new football stadium will be the final straw. For the record, life in Park and Staveley Roads is now so much better because of the brave decisions taken by Cllr Mayne.
