Depends what it says on the contract, but suggests she puts them on notice immediately and plays hardball with them as they are bound to ask why she wants to pull out. She just has to tell them them she wants standard terms of 1% and 8-12 weeks. And that she was pressurised into signing. Is this Agent RICS? If so she could threaten to report them for unprofessional and unethical sales practice / pressure selling - that's what I'd do. |
