Thanks everyone. It has been more than 14 days unfortunately. She has been very naive, this chap as good as told her that she was signing up with them but if she wanted to she could just give notice. An awful lot of sharp practice from what she is telling me, he rushed her into signing so that he could whisk her off to see a property for sale that they had 10 minutes to get to. The property in question was nothing like what she was looking for. She almost always runs things past me and so I believe that he pulled the wool over her eyes by lulling her into a false sense of security. It is a very well know company so I assume they are members of RICS. Think I will pass on some of your comments and hope for the best. |
