My daughter is selling a property for the first time and appears to have signed up to a really bad deal with an agent. They have her locked in for 20 weeks and their rate is 1.9%. She is now being told by other agents that they would normally sign someone up for 8-12 weeks and their rate is 1%. She says they did push her to sign quickly without giving her time to think about it. I wonder if there is anything she can do to get out of the contract ? |
