| I don't know if it works with Hounslow but with Ealing I copy my ward councillor on all email - and certainly if the councillor takes an interest (mine does thanks Gary Malcolm!) then the council response is much improved. Never quite reaches the level of polite and never receive an apology for their mistakes but at least matters are sorted out. |
