| 2 weeks ago tomorrow, our wheelie bin was emptied and the crew either put the bin back to the wrong address, or it was stolen.I emailed the council wednesday afternoon and received a reply saying a new bin would be delivered by the end of the week.Nothing appeared.On monday of last week, I emailed again.More apologies, and a promise to deliver a new bin last week.Again, nothing arrived so again, I emailed, and this time they didn't even bother to reply.I emailed again this morning, and again got no reply so I hunted out a phone number for them.I was kept on line for 49 minutes and was eventuallly put through...to the wrong dept.I am absolutely convinced Hounslow treat people like this just to p*ss them off and to dissuade you from disturbing them again.Every time I have a problem with Hounslow, it always turns into a nightmare.And I still don't have a bin. |
