Thanks to John Martin above for the link to Andy Hayler's food blog. He describes the uniqueness of Hedone brilliantly and the pictures of the dishes are verging on food porn. http://www.andyhayler.com/restaurant/hedone On the few occasions we've eaten there, we've found the food amazing and the atmosphere very unstuffy and chilled for such a high quality gaff, compared to Trompette and Nadra, which always seem a bit up themselves. But at something north of £150 a head with booze - the sommelier is a gem - it's definitely in special occasion territory for us. |
