It's not uncommon to be in credit in the summer as the DD is intended to be an average monthly cost over the year. Once the heating goes on in the autumn the credit starts to get used up. That said, a £400+ credit with a £230 estimated annual spend does seem ridiculous and ripe for a refund. |
