They'll probably come out with some verbal diarrhea jibbebrish about why if you call them. I suggest you call them and if there is a pick for new customers choose that number ( it will be quicker) then explain that you are an existing customer who has the right hump and who may not be an existing customer by the end of the call if they do not refund your money, preferably with a good will payment in lieu of interest. Other energy companies are falling over themselves for your business. |
