I suggest you contact Autoglass. They should be able to identify the source of the current windscreen from the codes, and their records should show if they fitted it themselves.  Many insurance companies have a deal with Autoglass, so there's a fair chance that they would have fitted the screen if it's not the original one.

Autoglass use "glass manufactured to OEM standards, whether sourced from original equipment manufacturers or other suppliers to ensure that the glass we fit is as good as the original windscreen".

Do you use a windscreen wash solvent in the recommended proportions?  Are your replacement wiper blades OEM or a good make such as Bosch?  Do you have air conditioning in good working order?
