The Swordfish developed a technical problem after take off from Biggin Hill so, sadly, did not take part in the flypast which was led by the Dakota and then followed by what looked like a Hurricane with the Typhoon in close formation right behind. It appeared that all three aircraft then turned and headed back east and north, so nothing over Chiswick. I did get a few frames of the Dakota over central London taken from W4 with a long lens - a distance of over six miles. So not great results! |
