Re the plane in the night I, too, heard it. In the past when that has happened, I questioned it and was told that it was a CAA aircraft being used to calibrate or otherwise check the LHR landing aids. Dunno if that was last night's reason, but generally light aircraft don't seem to overfly London. Regulations? |
