Thank you Curzon Tussaud for posting the elusive telephone number. I called it and sorted it out in less than two minutes. Serco make it so hard to get help: no official telephone line, no physical enquiries office and they also won't sign for applications if sent by registered post. When I have my reference number the response was 'let me check that it hasn't got lost'!!!! How about 'let me look for you?'
