David, sorry to confuse you with my abbreviation. I was referring to the contact email for parking permits which is
Mark, I received an email from Kevin Hagan timed at 7.00am today stating that he was on holiday, but was alerting his team to the problem. Impressive!
Then the permit turned up in 1st class post this morning.
Then I got a phone call from a team member following up.
Feel better now.
