| Having seen electronic signs up for this closure, I checked TfL for more information. "Special and Planned Events | Sporting TWICKENHAM STADIUM - Twickenham Stadium will be hosting the England v France rugby match, kickoff is 2000hrs. From 1700hrs, the A316 will be closed between Hospital Bridge Road and London Road to assist crowd ingress and egress, with authorised local access only from Apex Corner for eastbound traffic and from Richmond Circus for westbound traffic. Traffic levels are expected to increase in the Richmond, Kingston and Twickenham areas in the lead up to the game.
