I also received a letter this morning, and I had the same result when I tried to return the survey. As the letter had the name of the person over-seeing this lunacy  I sent councillor Amrit Man one of my "Mr angry of Chiswick"emails, only to have it returned by a server failure.I tried to send it again an hour later with the same result.I must say, when I read the letter and saw the email address, I thought"how long before that's on the forum"Anyone, whether they have a wheelie or not can take the survey, so fill your boots and let them know what you think. The letter begins,"Thank you for taking part in the recent introduction of wheelie bins"as if we had a say in the matter.I would urge everyone to take advantage of this opportunity to let your thoughts be known.
