We've just had a letter through the door from the Deputy Leader of the Council, a Mr. Amrit Mann, asking us to fill in a survey: www.surveymonkey.com/s/WBin by the 17th of July about our experience with the wheelies.  Upon visiting the site, lo and behold... in a spectacular display of utter incompetence and typical nincompoopery, the survey is closed/hasn't been activated.  So how on earth are they meant to be collecting our feedback then?! My vote for the London Borough of Chiswick still stands!
