| I wish there was an easy answer. It's not difficult to see how those who pervert Islam for their own end could use the involvement of the UK in Islamic nations to 'justify' their actions. We simply cannot blame the whole of the Islamic community for the actions of a tiny minority but we do need to find a way to help them 'out' the radicals and fundamentalists within their community. The problem is exacerbated by the radicalisation being done over social media by people outside the UK and, like it or not the pattern recognition within the 'snooper's charter' will help to identify the sources of this online hatred. |
