Really unusual for Richer Sounds. Julian Richer set this business up in (1979?) and it has always been seen as a model of customer service. I have been a customer since 1979 (their first London bridge store) and have never experienced anything short of superb service. I bought a new TV in the Chiswick branch last year and they were as good as ever. Either there is a crossed wire, or someone was not paying attention in their training classroom. Speak to the manager and ask him kindly to sort this out, otherwise you will be speaking to Julian Richer to tell him his business model seems to have developed a nasty leak. I would be amazed if they didn't put things right very quickly. |
