| Has anyone experienced problems with this company? We used the branch opposite Chelsea and Westminster. We wanted to upgrade one item because of a design fault but they wouldn't take the item back without the packaging. Richer Sounds installed it.The packaging went in the recycling. The item was installed last week. |
