| Tell them as a consumer they are wrong and that you will commence legal action in small claims court. Utter rubbish what they have told you. You have purchased the item not the packaging. A quick look shows you have 21 days as a design fault. That maybe incorrect and maybe longer as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act |
