Thanks all . I hadn't spotted the booking form on website. I had emailed earlier in the week to check lavatory was accessible,got a reply to the affirmative and hence I was a tad surprised that they wouldn't hold a table just for 10-15 mins to ensure I could sit down when arrived. The booking form makes their refusal all the more perplexing. Adrian: the post was not defamatory, it was a statement of fact, I have left a message at their head office. I accept it isn't all about me, and did book somewhere else. I was just a bit bemused and wanted to spare others who have mobility problems the misimpression that I had gained from earlier communication that this restaurant is willing to accommodate such needs. |
