The other benefit to having a PWS is he/she will inspect and note the condition of the other properties prior to the work. If the work does cause damage to your neighbours homes the extent can be quantified by an independent source. I speak from experience when my neighbour's 'builders' whacked a hole through my wall and caused cracking to plaster in another room. |
