Another parking story on EalingToday.co.uk relates that Ealing Council are going to move to paperless permits for parking. This potentially widens the scope for abuse of the premium permit scheme because there will be no indication on the parked car as to what kind of permit it holds. Therefore residents may experience increased parking issues but have no way to prove that this is a result of incontinent issuing of premium permits.

Whilst there don't seem to be as many Foxton's minis around as there used to be - if we see lines of them parked on South Parade we will know what is up.
