Thanks Julian, that's why I was going to approach Tfl.To make sure we do have the right location, and that they had no intention to tarmac the area, and had no objection to a small memories garden.You say others are also making arrangements, and I would be more than happy to leave all the planning and implementation to others.But unless someone comes forward with their plans there is a danger nothing will be done.If anyone else has any plans, please let me know, and I'll be happy to back out, or help.Perhaps anyone else that has any plans/ideas could now come forward with them
