Further on this, its about the free SmartTalk we had been getting to UK mobiles ie. 60 minutes per device, per month.

BT were unable to explain why this has stopped being free even after investigating it several times. Now they say it only applied in 2014, whether this was just in my case or for everyone is unexplained.  They said we should have received a letter, wd haven't.

So it looks like it's the end of free calls to UK mobiles using SmartTalk.
