SmartTalk (ST) sits on top of your BT landline/broadband package and covers up to 5 registered mobiles and gives you 60 mins free calls to UK mobiles per registered device and unlimited calls (up to 60 mins per call) to landlines mirroring your home package billing regime. You use wifi on your mobile to connect to the web and ST (as an app) uses voice over IP.

But  we are suddenly being charged for calls on ST that are to UK mobiles that we understood were free and had always had been so far - anyone else noticed this? They say we are over the 60 min total - we're not. Hence Fun and games with explaining ST to the BT Indian call centre

Is BT getting worse? Anyone else noticed them doing this?
