If you were actually loading it might be worth appealing. Hounslow ticket 'non-commercial' vehicles i.e. anything that looks like a passenger car but the adjudicator might accept that if you are loading or unloading your car is at that time a commercial vehicle.

There might also be a good case for you saying that it was reasonable of you to assume that the suspension of parking restrictions also applied to loading bays - normally they would operate for the same hours as surrounding parking restrictions so you were logical in assuming it wouldn't apply. Same would go for single yellow lines.
